Ordering
It is easy to order from this website. Simply add your purchases to your shopping basket. When you are finished shopping, go to the checkout and follow the ‘easy-to-follow’ checkout process.
Payment: This site accepts American Express, Visa credit, Visa Debit, Maestro, Delta, Mastercard and PayPal. All payment information is gathered in a secure environment, via Opayo (Formerly SagePay) or PayPal . McRostie have no access to this data. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as possible confirming that your order has been received.
Dispatch: Subject to material availability, we aim to dispatch within 1 – 5 business days of processing your order; most orders will be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.
A ‘Business Day’ excludes Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and any other days we inform that we are closed.
Deliveries may require a signature on receipt

NON-STOCK Items including Custom Made, Bespoke and Made to Order.
Depending on the detail and availability of materials, we can often have ‘non stock’ items made for you in a short period of time.
Small Non-Stock Items, such as belts, key fobs, coasters, and other small accessories/gift items will normally be dispatched within 1 – 10 working days, subject to availability of materials.
Larger Non-Stock Items, such as bags, briefcases and folios will normally be dispatched within 3-20 working days, subject to the availability of materials.

TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
UK VAT
UK VAT is only payable on items being shipped to a destination within the UK.
The current rate of UK VAT is 20%. At the checkout, it will state clearly the UK VAT element of your purchase.
EU and REST OF WORLD Destinations:
You do not pay UK VAT.
IMPORTANT: The recipient will, however, be liable for any local import duties, customs and/or sales taxes applied by Customs on entry into the destination country. We advise you to pay any such charges promptly to allow swift passage through Customs and avoid unnecessary delay in delivery. Customs will not release your order without payment of any such taxes. These are your responsibility.
If these charges are not paid and the item is returned to us, we are not responsible for any charges on its return to the UK and all charges incurred will be deducted from any refund due.
If you are viewing this site form a location beyond the UK, the prices you see are the ‘EX VAT’ price. These do not include UK VAT.
If you are viewing this site from a location within the UK, but wish to ship to a country in the EU or ‘Rest of World’ destination, the prices you see in our online shop include UK VAT. The UK VAT element will be deducted at the Checkout when you enter your shipping details with the destination address outside the UK.
